We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to lead our People and Organisation (P&O) function. Your Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in complex, enterprise P&O projects or initiatives, ensuring business representation and alignment.
- Advise on and handle diversity, equity, and inclusion at all levels, including gender representation, LGBTI, and pay equity.
- Coach leaders on team priorities and objectives linked to purpose and strategy, fostering collaboration, managing across the matrix, removing obstacles, and overcoming silos.
- Contribute actively to the P&O community and network, acting as a leader and collaborating with internal and external partners to build P&O thought leadership.
- Develop organisational design and plans for client groups using organizational diagnostics.
- Create a talent and leadership development strategy and plan.
- Drive the talent agenda, partnering with the business to establish quality succession planning, development plans for key talent, and a talent strategy to build the leadership pipeline.
- Enhance leadership capabilities through coaching and drive client leadership teams to establish a solid governance structure, operating models, and culture that align with strategic business objectives.
- Establish strategic workforce plans with leaders and develop organisation design efficiencies to support the long-term business strategy.
- Identify critical capabilities for the future and develop plans to address capability gaps at the organisation and individual level.
- Initiate career and development conversations with business leaders, understanding aspirations, skills, and required capabilities.
- Lead the cultural change agenda in partnership with People Partners across all levels of the client groups.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to leaders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a global organisation within healthcare.
- An individual who has global HR experience with aspirations to further develop their career in other markets.
- Strong knowledge and outlook for the 3-5 year business plans.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into effective people and organizational interventions.
- Strong understanding of organisational design, talent management, and performance management.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
