We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual for a full time Courier Coordinator position, located at our Metro Regions (Clayton, Frankston, Traralgon, Laverton & Reservoir).
About the role
- Management of courier staff
- Daily review and approval of courier driver times
- Preparing fortnightly rosters and arrange coverage to ensure service offering to all clients
- Conducting performance reviews, monitor courier run performance and onboard all new courier drivers
- Participating in recruitment, selection, disciplinary action training and development of staff. Evaluate performance, provide feedback and recognize achievement.
- Customer service to our internal and external clients
- Organizing the maintenance and management of the courier fleet within your region
- Monday to Friday

- Current drivers licence, with a safe driving history
