With a recent position becoming vacant at Freshmax we are now seeking a Trade Coordinator to join us in a permanent full-time capacity. This role is for someone seeking long term employment with a willingness to learn new skills within a dynamic environment.
Key Role and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
TRADE COORDINATOR
- Assist with the coordination of procurement and supply to fulfill customer orders.
- Assist with inventory management and product consignment.
- Coordinate customer purchase order management
- Coordinate product rejection reports and notifications
- Manage all customer pre-alerts.
- Manage communication with Epping and Derrimut warehouses.
- Assist National Account Managers as required.
- Manage stock control, including sorting out discrepancies with warehouse or buyers.
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
- Work closely with Sales, and Finance teams to ensure information entered into systems is consistent with agreed procedures.
- Competently interpret conjugate systems (SPS) to affect customer order updates and maintenance.
- Provide sales team with accurate up to date financial reporting out of Pick to Market operating system.
GENERAL
- Work in the best interest of the whole business at all times.
- Ensure company policies, procedures and systems are followed at all times.

- Ensure appropriate internal and external communication is maintained at all times.
- Ensure systems, processes and reporting regimes are in place to keep management updated.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications:
A tertiary qualification in business or related field preferred but not essential.
Knowledge and Experience:
- 2 years customer service or Administration experience, preferably in fresh produce.
- Experience in Team Leadership and high-level decision making.
- Track record of being able to work under pressure, solve problems creatively and meet deadlines.
The role requires Monday & Friday in office work, Saturday & Sunday customer service coverage (PO updates).
