This part-time (0.60FTE) position is up to 21 months with possible further fixed term and/or permanent appointment.

South Regional TAFE delivers a wide range of nationally recognised programs throughout the Great Southern and South West regions of Western Australia. The college delivers courses on site, online and in the workplace, and operates 12 campuses from Bunbury to Esperance and from Albany to Narrogin.

About the role
In this role, within the College’s Service and Support unit, you will enable the college to achieve its strategic goals by providing our prospective students, internal and external clients and industry stakeholders with an exceptionally high quality, seamless frontline customer service and sales experience, including client liaison and complaint resolution (face to face, by phone, email, online, social media etc.) in a high volume work environment.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to work in a busy environment and be able to speak to an audience in a public setting.
