About the team
The Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic) is a diverse office within the Education portfolio that contributes significantly to oversight and future directions of the University’s coursework degrees. The Office has overall responsibility for monitoring, reporting and facilitating academic quality and standards.

About the opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Course Review Officer, you will work with key stakeholders and be responsible for conducting and delivering Comprehensive Course Reviews in accordance with the University’s academic policies. You will coordinate, facilitate and monitor the timely and professional delivery of these reviews as well as provide Executive Officer and logistical support to key stakeholders. This also includes the collation and drafting of Review Reports.

About you
You should have relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent competency, coupled with substantial experience at an appropriate level. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective liaison, report writing, and submission preparation, alongside exceptional planning and organisational abilities to consistently meet deadlines. Proficiency in various computing skills is essential, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet, and email. Moreover, you should demonstrate experience in communicating, liaising, and influencing diverse groups across different organisational levels, exercising judgment, maintaining confidentiality, and managing sensitive information. Your ability to work independently, show initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team is crucial. Additionally, experience as a committee Executive Officer and familiarity with curriculum management and/or course accreditation processes would be advantageous.
