Agency Capability Review Senior Program Officer

The Public Sector Commission is on a mission to create an innovative and future fit public sector for all Western Australians.

This brand new position is part of a dedicated program team whose work provides assurance to government and the community that agencies funded through the public purse are delivering what is expected of them.

The team contributes to the direction and management of the Agency Capability Review Program, and supports review teams with coordinating and delivering reviews.

We are now looking for someone who’s great at planning and organising lots of pieces of work, has an analytical eye for spotting trends and really likes working with people.

You’ll support the program manager in planning and monitoring Agency Capability Reviews, and collecting and analysing data. You’ll assist with evaluation and improvement activities, and identify and report on capability trends across the sector. 

You don’t have to have review experience but we do want someone who is eager to contribute to improvements in the public sector, has the ability to apply critical analysis and looks for solutions.
