This opportunity exists in our South Australian business for qualified trades people from Electrical, Fitting, Welding and Metal Working back grounds wanting to become a Crane Service Technician in our busy and expanding operation.
JDN MONOCRANE is Australias leading lifting solutions company that design, manufacture, install and service the full range of standard and specialized, customer specific lifting solutions to a wide range of customers from industries that include but are not limited to:
Manufacturing, Building & Construction, Defence, Infrastructure and Mining
In this role, your key duties will include but not limited to:
- On site servicing of all types of cranes & hoists.
- Attend Call-Out requests for repair work.
- Be available for an on call roster.
- Completing service reports via our paperless tablet based system.
- Installation of Overhead Gantry Cranes and Hoists.
To be a successful candidate for this role, it is essential that you…
- Are reliable, pay attention to detail, and work with minimal supervision.
- Are highly motivated.
- Are a fully qualified trades person or A-Grade electrician.
- Have excellent fault finding abilities.
- Have a good mechanical aptitude.
- Have a valid drivers licence.
Preferred Qualifications: (If not current - training will be provided to the right candidate)
- White Card – Construction Induction
- Yellow Card – Elevated Work Platform
- Licence to perform High Risk Work
- WP – Elevated Work Platform > 11Metres.
