THE CRANE TECHNICIAN & AUTO ELECTRICAN
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Dual trade tradesperson to join our fast paced workshop.
The positions involve troubleshooting, and undertaking electronic, hydraulic, servicing and mechanical fitting work with the applicant having a sound auto electrical knowledge in both 12 and 24 volt.
While on the job training will be provided, this position would suit a trade back ground such as: Fitter/turner, LV/HD diesel mechanic, etc.
The successful applicant:
- Has the proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual & reliable
- Industry experience ( preferred but not essential )
- Auto Electrical experience ( min 1 year )
- Auto Electrical trade certificate
- Highly motivated & strong work ethic
- Attention to detail with determination for quality workmanship
- Has own tool kit suitable to the trade
- Ability to read an electrical or hydraulic diagram would be advantageous
- Has current car license (Forklift license and/or HR license will be strongly favoured)
Knowledge of Vehicle Loading Cranes is preferred but not essential. Passion & drive is a must for this sort after position.
Auto electrical trade certificate essential.
