Clemenger BBDO Australia is looking for a highly conceptual, passionate and talented full-time Creative Director to drive, lead and inspire our creative team in Melbourne.
Working closely with the ECD's and broader creative teams, you will play a key leadership role within the team, providing conceptual thinking and creative problem solving to a range of integrated projects and directing the creative output.
Responsibilities:
- As Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading work going through the department, ensuring that campaigns are of the highest possible quality and always are flawlessly executed.
- You will have an excellent understanding of what makes for standout strategic and creative work and progress the agency agenda in this field.
- Develop and deliver creative ideas across all communications channels including print based collateral, ATL advertising, digital media and social content.
- You will thrive on working in a fast pace, deadline driven environment and will always strive to deliver high standard, market leading work.
- You will be required to develop deep and enduring relationships with your clients, team, and external stakeholders.
- Develop a deep knowledge of your clients' business, including an understanding of their marketing challenges, business objectives and the role of creative in achieving those.

Experience and Attitude:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role within a creative agency.
- A proven track record of managing others and bringing the best out of them.
- Experience creating award winning work.
