Creative Retail Lead

Looking for a confident, creative and strategic minded designer to join a renowned international studio as an essential member of their Sydney based studio. With support from the global HQ, you will have an integral part in the growth and development of their Sydney team.

Key Responsibilities 

• Being a direct client contact, to take briefs, present ideas and collaborate day to day, help problem solve, be the first post of call within the time zone.
• You will be responsible for day to day delivery of your design projects. You will be a leader, a hands on creative in your own team and a mentor to the broader studio, who will be available to help you when required.
• Growing the Sydney team.
• Taking and developing a client brief, to both complete it, as well as feed it back it for the design team to execute where necessary
• Create written proposals / fees as well as keeping track of the financial health of projects.
• Create and foster industry connections with new and existing clients, whilst actively seeking out new opportunities.

Skills and Experience

• At least 10 years relevant experience. 
• Extensive understanding of all aspects of retail interiors.
• A comprehensive portfolio supporting your understanding for environments and retail design.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail driven.
• Quick thinking with exceptional critical analysis ability.
