Who we're looking for:Working collaboratively as part of this dynamic, professional team, the
People Systems Solution Manager holds a key role in the successful implementation and continuous improvements of our HR systems that enables our business/HR strategy. They also lead a team of Consultants in Australia/UK, ensuring they are consistently delivering strong levels of service to the business.The role would suit someone who has had experience working in a HR team and is excited by how systems, data and technology can support business goals. An interest in HRIS, along with the knowledge and experience supporting it is a must (here we use Workday). We are looking for someone who can bring big energy, a customer centric attitude and exceptional listening skills. Other important skills include; structured project management experience; 'system savviness' (the ability to intuitively find ways around a system and problem solving); the ability to work across functional teams (including virtual); understanding of end-to-end HR processes and analytical, problem solving and investigative skills.If you are an experienced HR professional, a Business Analyst or a seasoned project manager who has an interest in HR systems, then this is an opportunity for you to really make a difference!This is a 12-month fixed term contract (covering parental leave) and can be based in any of our regions. Flexibility options are available including the ability for hybrid working.
