Subsequently a rare opportunity has arisen for a hotshot Computer Science graduate in the role of Software Support Engineer to join their Sydney based team, supporting a growing list of signifiacant regional customers.Your New PositionWill see you supporting a rapidly growing customer portfolio. Joining a culture that values growth and education, you will be fully trained on a unique and complex portfolio of solutions, after which your primary responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting - responding to client requests for Software Support related issues
- Writing code - as the product allows your customers to drive campaigns, you will regularly assist your clients in code writing to support specific campaign drives
- Debugging - your clients will often possess their own internal software specialists who will write campaign specific code. You will work with your clients to debug their own code to support their campaign drives.
- A Computer Science degree - Mandatory
- HTML, CSS, DOM, JavaScript / JScript skills
- Knowledge of component-based software development, SOAP and REST API Web Services are a plus
- Good knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL) and server-side Jscript/JavaScript
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills - Mandatory
- Strong customer service orientation
- A natural flare for problem solving
