Creative Social Media And Content Co-Ordinator

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is an integral part of the business. We are looking for someone to uphold and lead our brand aesthetic across all Social Media platforms. 

You will have proven experience managing social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage creative aspects of all Social Media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Research, develop, execute & schedule on-brand Content with a focus on Instagram & TikTok
• Stay on top of current trends across socials to create new and fun ideas for the Theadore + Co. brand. 
• Creating and scheduling all Social Media content including writing, sourcing visuals, creating animations, and creating Social Media graphics.
• Consistent content creation to keep our potential clients engaged and grow our following. This includes planning and assisting with seasonal campaign shoots as well as regular showroom shoots, content days and collaborations. 
• Capturing BTS and Content on the set of our photoshoots
• Editing imagery of content for Social Media purposes
• Creating captivating video content through Instagram reels and TikTok’s
• Write engaging copy for posts & weekly blogs. 
• Assisting in the management of our website. 
• Creating and scheduling EDM’s

About you: 

• 2+ years’ experience in marketing and Social Media
• Working knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite + Canva 
• Working knowledge of Klaviyo is desired
• Basic Video editing & graphic design skills
• Understanding of Social Media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok
• Ability to create and execute a strategy, create content, and grow Social Media exposure.
• Creativity, flair, and an eagerness to share new ideas.
• Ability to work independently, be proactive and take initiative as well as the ability to execute ideas for content creation from end to end.
• Excellent communicator
• Good eye for detail and confident in creating a strong aesthetic.
• Engaging copywriting skills
• Ability to adapt with the fast-paced environment and ever-changing trends in marketing.

• We are offering a Part Time role (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm) but are also open to a Full Time employee for the right candidate!
