AddressChapters Bistro was established in 2018 and has quickly become one of Perth's go to restaurants in the Northern corridor. At Chapters we pride ourselves on working with and using some of the best local growers and providers available.
Our new Head chef Ronalynne Encontro formally of Young George & The Gates restaurant in NSW is seeking the services of an experienced Chef to join our team.
We are open five days a week for Lunch & Dinner from Wednesday through to Sunday. We are close to Currambine train station and have free on-site parking available.
To be considered for these positions you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience across most sections in an al-la-carte kitchen
- An excellent communicator and team player
- Willingness to learn and refine your cooking skills & knowledge
- Knife skills essential
- Attention to detail in a high pressure environment
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Exemplary personal presentation
- An eye for presentation and an unrelenting desire for excellence
