Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative Meta ads campaigns that align with client goals and brand voice.
- Craft compelling copy for a variety of digital marketing materials, including social media ads, website content, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing ad creatives.
- Assist in campaign performance analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate and manage content shoots, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Adapt to different brand voices and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Engage in ongoing learning and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, Entertainment, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, Meta Ads campaigns, and creative development.
- Strong copywriting skills with a creative flair.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
- Photography and videography skills are a plus.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead projects when required.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and thrives under pressure.

- Experience in hospitality or event coordination is a plus.

Experience:
- Previous role in social media coordination, marketing assistance, or similar.
- Experience managing both paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with content creation, including imagery, videography, reels, and graphic design.
