THE OPPORTUNITY
As Creative Specialist, you'll report to the Brand Art Director, creating compelling and commercial outfits to support the production of visual assets (images and motion) for all DECJUBA brands. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the planning and delivery of looks in line with the monthly marketing brief, art direction and brand DNA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce commercial and aspirational outfits for all DECJUBA brands - DECJUBA, D-LUXE Basics and DECJUBA Kids.
- Ensure all outfits consistently reflect the brand DNA, art direction and deliver to all requirements as outlined in the monthly marketing brief.
- Own on set styling at DECJUBA photo shoots.
- Support post-production of DECJUBA photoshoots.
- Ongoing internal stakeholder management to execute briefs and respond to feedback.
- Conduct market research to understand target audience, industry trends and competitive landscape.

- Proven experience styling female fashion.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of brand and marketing.
- Team player with collaborative style. Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
