To ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our diverse stakeholders, the Finance and Administration Services team is looking for an enthusiastic Credit Assessment Officer to join the team on a Temporary Full-Time basis.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the School Fee Liaison Unit Manager, the focus of your role will be working with families and schools to resolve issues of hardship that affect school fee payments. More specifically you will be:
Working in conjunction with Family Assistance Officers in the identification of families in hardship
Working with families in a supportive and equitable manner and compassionately communicating with families experiencing financial hardship to ensure student retention
Recommending action plans once a family has been assessed and/or interviewed
Contributing to the development and improvement of school fee liaison processes and procedures

About You:
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of CSPD along with:
Experience in Credit Assessment or relevant financial background
Experience working with medium to large organisations
Some experience working with clients experiencing financial hardship
