Our client, a prestigious multi-franchised dealership family is inviting applications for a dedicated Credits Claims Officer to become an integral part of their Robina Parts Warehouse team. Embark on a fulfilling career journey with a position that offers more than just a pay check.
As a full-time Credits Claims Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence within our Parts department, working a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:36 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts. Your responsibilities will include: efficient processing of customer credit returns, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
verification of returned parts against customer details to maintain integrity and accuracy. timely processing of manufacturer and transit claims, adhering to set timeframes. diligent record-keeping and contribution to inventory stocktakes.
active participation in general housekeeping to maintain departmental efficiency. supportive role in various administrative and warehouse tasks, enhancing team effectiveness. To thrive in this role, you'll need: proven ability to complete tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines with precision.
