Primary Responsibilities
▪ Process Receivals and Dispatch.
▪ Conduct QA on all receivals.
▪ Co-ordinate delivery of parts through the manufacturing process.
▪ Updating and managing the Bill of Materials (Receive, QA, Update BOM).
▪ Ensure packing and QA forms are completed.
▪ Maintain a tidy store area in accordance with the logistics layout.
▪ Ensure that all relevant parts are distributed into the relevant project job bin.
▪ Assist with the movement of stock into the dedicated stores location.
▪ Sorting components into the relevant manufacturing kits.
Key Attributes:
▪ Ability to interpret engineering drawings to measure and complete QA on manufactured components.
▪ Able to maintain an orderly work environment with a structured approach to receivals and dispatch.
▪ Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
▪ Clear communication of any issues.
▪ Work collaboratively with the procurement and logistics team as well as the assembly workshop staff.
▪ Current drivers license (Open LV Suitable – 2T Tipper Vehicle)
▪ Current forklift ticket preferred (Training can be completed if not current).
▪ Ability to perform load restraint for safe transportation of goods.
▪ Able to lift and move materials manually.
▪ Commitment to performing tasks safely and promoting a safe working environment for others.
▪ Ability to work in the fast-paced environment of an active manufacturing facility.
