We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, forward-thinking customer focused person to join our supportive team as a Credit Controller. Based at our office in Silverwater, NSW, this full-time permanent opportunity will see you assisting with the day-to-day management of debtor accounts, allocation of payments from customers, managing debt recovery and reconciliation of accounts.
Responsibilities
Managing customers accounts in accordance with our credit policy, to maximise potential returns, minimise customer default risk, and maximise collection of debt, including credit limit increases, stop supply and evaluating new credit requests.
Support the Credit Management by developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve credit control, and reporting any non-compliance issues.
