Your Team
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role plays a vital role in the financial health of our company by managing intermediary/broker accounts and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding debtors and unallocated cash transactions.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, your role will be focused on:
- Ongoing management of allocated intermediary/broker accounts by reviewing and clearing overdue policies, as per credit terms and team/company processes.
- Investigating unallocated cash transactions and other variances on intermediary accounts to resolve/clear these transactions. It is expected that this duty or task will be completed by (but not limited to) the below methods:
- Reviewing and understanding the transactions in the various systems and liaising with the system owners to clear or resolve the variance.
- Liaising with the broker/account holder to obtain the necessary information re the transactions in question
- Engaging with the relevant Distributions Account Manager and Credit Control Team Leader for escalation
- Maintaining up-to-date reconciliations on the allocated accounts to report the status of balances and unallocated cash/variances
- Maintaining Customer Service Standards for internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role (industry experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with high transaction volume processing and reconciliations.
- Strong administration and procedural skills
