Snapshot of your new role
- Contact customers/clients via phone or email.
- Proactively manage customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of overdue balances and meeting payment KPIs.
- Swiftly identify and solve payment barriers.
- Handle stopped accounts up to litigation.
- Maintain accurate credit and collection files.
- Reconcile and resolve complex accounts.
- Foster communication and close relationships with customers and internal teams.
What you need to succeed
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in credit/ collections
- Ability to support members in team with AP and invoicing
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
- Comfortable travelling to the Eastern Suburbs - 1 day WFH
- Reside in Sydney and have unrestricted working rights
