Shuttle Services provided for staff with pick up points in Cubao & Makati City
Role Type: Full-time
Shift Schedule: Day shift schedules will be adhered to

What will your day look like

The role of the Credit Correction Officer is to manage ANZ’s obligations under the Mandatory Credit Reporting Standards. The Credit Support Analyst is responsible for processing Credit Report Access and Correction requests for ANZ customers and authorised third parties.

 

In addition, the Credit Correction Officer will:

 

  • interact with ANZ customers and third parties via phone, email and mail channels.

  • access information for Retail and Commercial Lending products including Small Business Loans, Commercial Credit Cards, and Personal Loans, Consumer Credit Cards, Overdrafts, Mortgages and Esanda products.

  • be accountable for correcting ANZ customer credit reports where necessary and maintaining up to date and accurate customer records.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Understanding VEDA for credit checking purposes

  • Practical knowledge of operating risk and compliance policies and procedures

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Organisational, leadership, attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills

  • Working knowledge of PEGA, Hogan, CTM, CTA, Vision Plus, AS400 and CAP
