The Role
The primary focus with this position is working and reducing overdue debt while offering a quality service to the TGG Commercial business.
Responsibilities:
- Building a strong amicable working relationship with the TGG Commercial business
- Forming and maintaining a good working relationship with our own commercial division
- Consistently working through and clearing overdue balances
- Strong reconciliation skills
- The ability to investigate and problem solve queries (internal / external)
- End of month reporting re overdue balances
- Ability to complete refunds in a timely manner
- To process payments and assist with banking (when required)
- Attending to ad-hoc matters at the direction of management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a full function Accounts Receivable role (3-5 years)
- Intermediate excel skills
- Strong organisational / time management skills
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivator with ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Willingness to learn new skills and various systems
