The Role

The primary focus with this position is working and reducing overdue debt while offering a quality service to the TGG Commercial business.

Responsibilities:

• Building a strong amicable working relationship with the TGG Commercial business
• Forming and maintaining a good working relationship with our own commercial division
• Consistently working through and clearing overdue balances
• Strong reconciliation skills
• The ability to investigate and problem solve queries (internal / external)
• End of month reporting re overdue balances
• Ability to complete refunds in a timely manner
• To process payments and assist with banking (when required)
• Attending to ad-hoc matters at the direction of management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a full function Accounts Receivable role (3-5 years)
• Intermediate excel skills
• Strong organisational / time management skills
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Self-motivator with ability to work as part of a team or independently
• Willingness to learn new skills and various systems
