Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the legal recoveries process for outstanding debts.
• Conduct thorough investigations and develop strategies to recover owed amounts.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including claims, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent the company in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel to ensure effective case management.
• Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Proven experience in legal recoveries, debt resolution, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of debt recovery laws and legal procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
