AddressFindex are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Officer to join our team. This role is a permanent part-time role working 30 hours per week, working within both our Accounts Receivable and Credit Control functions. Location is flexible between Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney for the right person and the hours are flexible to be spread across 4 or 5 days depending on the candidate.
The AR role is primarily responsible for processing high volumes of receivables activity from daily bank statements and direct debits and all client receipts and bank reconciliations whilst ensuring compliance with policy and procedure. The Credit Control aspect manages collection processes to facilitate client payment within trade terms in addition to assisting with risk management of the Firm’s debtor ledger.
What will your typical week look like?
- Daily receipting of direct credits, direct debits, BPAY and bank reconciliations
- Daily monitoring of the Accounts Receivable inbox
- Responding to client debtor queries, ensuring an excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Collecting outstanding payments, ensuring monthly targets are achieved

You are someone with the following skills and experience...
- Accounting or Finance related qualifications are highly regarded
- Experience with Accounts Receivable or within a broad accounting related role
- Demonstrated customer service experience with the ability to build strong relationships
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
