Reporting through to the Credit Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Collection of overdue commercial accounts for customers within Australia and New Zealand
Releasing orders to customers
Investigating and processing credits
Managing credit risk
Allocation of payments
Reconciliation of accounts
Weekly reporting
Liaising with various internal departments to solve queries

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
1-2 years’ experience working within a full function credit capacity
Experience working with an ERP System is advantageous
Solid relationship building skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
