Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Credit Manager, your opportunity will include:
- Allocation of receipts
- Maintenance of the debtors ledger, including providing month end statements to all clients
- Respond to Client Invoice queries, working to resolve in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure accurate Client set up in both the database and accounting system
- Process Client Invoices for permanent and fixed term placements
- Upload invoices for temporary placements into the accounting system
- Enter and code supplier invoices
- Assist the Credit Manager to review debtors ledger and perform debt recovery
- Respond to CMR team queries, and resolve in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records across all systems
- Prepare, participate in and complete agreed action items for all meetings
About You
- 2-3 years experience in Accounts Receivable or a collections role.
- Computer literacy with exposure to the Microsoft suite.
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills are essential (V-look up. pivot tables)
- Experience with Xero (desirable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and embraces challenges.
