Form of workABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our wider Credit Control team. Through strong attention to detail, the Credit Control Officer role will ensure the daily collections, repayment plans and credit limits fall within accordance with key performance indicators nationally. This is a permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm based at our Eagle Farm branch (although we are open to a different span of working hours for the right candidate).
We also offer hybrid working arrangements for this role so the successful candidate would be able to work 3 days from the branch and 2 days from home per week once trained up. Internal applicants can be based anywhere in Australia. This role would suit someone with high attention to detail who enjoys investigating and reconciling accounts and amounts.
