Key responsibilities include:
- Managing approximately 260 major accounts.
- Processing credit card payments, EFT, and cash banking.
- Collecting overdue payments and working towards reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Providing exceptional customer service and promptly investigating discrepancies.
- Conducting regular risk reviews.
- Accurately reconciling customer accounts.
- Reporting on financial numbers and disputes throughout the month.
- Coordinating with mercantile agents when necessary.
- Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting, including journal entries.
- Experience managing primarily major accounts.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including knowledge of V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.
- Proven ability to reduce DSO and manage your own ledger.
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
