They are looking for a Crew Leader who can perform structural and operational maintenance on civil infrastructure assets.Your new role
You will work with a team of operational staff to deliver quality maintenance outcomes. Furthermore, you will identify defects on civil infrastructure assets and provide suitable solutions. You will develop and review plans and maintenance schedules and maintain records in a timely manner. Lastly, you will ensure that all plant and equipment is maintained functional, and all safety requirements are in place.
What you'll need to succeed
You have knowledge of civil engineering construction practices and procedures. Furthermore, you have experience in amenity horticultural activities such as parks and gardens maintenance. You have the ability to effectively communicate, undertake administrative duties, and interpret plans and maps.Additional qualifications:
- Current MR class driver’s licence
- Certificate III in Civil Construction or other relevant field
- Construction Induction Card competency that has been used or obtained within the past 2 years
