Fisher Legal have a well established Criminal Law practice located in Perth (since 1994) exclusively accepting instructions in Criminal Defence. Instructions are accepted by us both privately and through the allocation of legally aided grants. Unbiased compassion for all is paramount.

The successful applicant will be committed to the delivery of a compassionate yet highly professional service. You will have a passion for criminal law and people, strong communication skills and good presentation. Any existing advocacy experience would be advantageous regardless of jurisdiction.
It is an opportunity that suits those attracted to court advocacy. Experience in all levels of advocacy within criminal jurisdictions is ultimately guaranteed, if wanted and subject to ability, inclusive of trial work in both superior and summary jurisdictions.
You will need to be an already admitted practitioner in Western Australia. Junior and Senior lawyers will be considered for the role.
Salary package commensurate with experience. Package includes phone, car parking, CPD training expenses, legal practice certification costs and professional indemnity insurance coverage.
