The Role
Our client is seeking a CRM Solution Architect to support several in-progress programs of work with MS Dynamics CRM. The successful candidate will work across various teams and projects to assist in the development of future digital architecture and see it come to fruition.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate development of Solution Architecture within MS Dynamics CRM across a range of areas
- Oversee the enterprise ICT landscape
- Provide advice on technical aspects of solution development and application of strategies, policies and standards
- Ensure access to appropriate tools and methods
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a solutions architect using Microsoft products and platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Demonstrated experience applying cyber security principles to architectures and fostering cyber security maturity in an organisation
- Possess high level communication skills; demonstrating an ability to communicate at the technical, business and personal levels
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM admin and maintenance including licencing
- Working knowledge of first party Dynamics 365 applications and what is available Out of-the-Box, especially the Marketing and Customer service modules
- Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other software
- Experience with building and hosting bespoke web applications and databases
- Possess sound experience with the following technologies:
- Microsoft .NET Core
- Microsoft DevOps
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Single Page Applications (SPA)
- Azure AD B2C and Open ID Connect
- RESTful APIs and Web Services
- Customer personalisation and analytics
Possession of a Baseline security clearance is essential.
