CRM Solution Architect - Digital Programs and Products
Location: Canberra/Melbourne/Sydney/Adelaide/Brisbane/- Hybrid working conditions currently available
Contract Length: Until 30 June 2024 (with potential for a further 6 months extension)

Overview:
Join the Strategy and Architecture team as a CRM Solution Architect to support the Digital Programs and Products Branch (DPPB). Contribute to ongoing programs of work using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, delivering digital services to various stakeholders. This role involves collaborating with talented professionals, utilizing agile delivery and DevOps principles.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development of agreed Solution Architectures within Microsoft Dynamics CRM across multiple business, infrastructure, or functional areas.
- Ensure appropriate tools and methods are employed in architecture development.
- Oversee the enterprise ICT landscape, shaping future state architecture in alignment with agreed strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead the preparation of technical plans and architectures within a change program, liaising with Enterprise and Business architects, project staff, and key stakeholders.
- Provide advice on technical aspects of solution development and ensure relevant technical strategies, policies, patterns, and standards are applied.
- Experience applying cybersecurity principles to architectures and fostering cybersecurity maturity in an organization.
- Skills and experience in systems analysis, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and software applications architecture and design within an agile environment.
- High-level communication skills, with the ability to communicate at technical, business, and personal levels.
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM admin and maintenance, including licensing.
- Working knowledge of first-party Dynamics 365 applications, especially the Marketing and Customer Service modules.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other software.
- Experience with building and hosting bespoke web applications and databases.
- Sound experience with Microsoft .NET Core, Microsoft DevOps, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, Single Page Applications (SPA), Azure AD B2C and Open ID Connect, RESTful APIs and Web Services, Customer personalization, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core and ReactJs.
- Experience with Power BI and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Tertiary qualifications in an ICT-related field or applicable industry certifications.
