Are you a CRM Strategist looking for your next contract? We are looking for people ready for an immediate start for an initial 2 month contract, with the potential for permanent. You'll be ready to make an impact from the get go, and provide a consultative approach to developing innovative CRM strategies, being the go-to advisor for our client.

Our client is a dynamic and innovative marketing agency company with a heavy focus in the automotive space. You'll be leading the client communications for all things CRM related - executing personalised email content, serving as a CRM expert, and staying up to date on industry trends.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract CRM Strategist with the potential for a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and a proven track record of leading SFMC implementation projects as a CRM Solutions Architect. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to facilitate and consult at a technical level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SFMC implementation projects from conception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop strategies, and implement solutions that drive business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation on CRM strategies, including segmentation, automation, and personalized customer journeys.
  • Analyse data and metrics to optimize CRM performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is essential.
  • Proven experience leading CRM implementation projects as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
