Sydney City incorporating Toyota and Lexus is seeking a driven Human Resources Administration Officer to join the largest dealership of its kind in NSW. Working with a globally recognised and market leading product, we currently have a rare opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated candidate.
You will have responsibility within the dealership group for managing various HR Admin functions including but not limited to:
- Recruitment Assistance to Managers - drafting and posting job advertisements
- Candidate reference checking
- Maintaining our employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Processing of contract documentation for new employees
- Managing the HR email inbox and referring HR queries onto the wider HR Team in Brisbane
- Drafting internal communications for the business on request
- Drafting letters/ amending templates and sending HR related forms to staff and Managers on request
- Maintaining the company Organisational Chart
- Adhoc administration tasks i.e. sending out Toolbox Talks and WHS Maintenance docs and training
- Scheduling meetings on request and taking meeting minutes
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous HR Admin experience or experience in a detail oriented and varied administration role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Word and Outlook ability (basic level Excel knowledge).
- Well organised, self motivated and able to liase confidently with staff at all levels of the organisation
