AddressGlobal Management is looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our team in Smeaton Grange. It is a highly rewarding role and has a great supporting team culture.
The role will be Monday to Wednesday, 8.30am to 5pm.
What we are looking for:
- Experience with ASTUTE Payroll Software
- General knowledge of Awards & EA’s
- Excel experience
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
Your duties will include:
- Pays employees by calculating pay and deductions and issuing checks.
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system, as well as retrieving data when necessary.
- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, or year-end calculations
- Processing payroll weekly for up to 300 employees, including calculating timesheets, data entry and invoicing.
- Liasing with staff via email and phone
- Record keeping
- Generating weekly/monthly payroll reports
