Crowd Controller

THE LOCALS ALICE SPRINGS is currently seeking dedicated security guards (Crowd Controllers) to ensure the safety and security of our pub, nightclub, restaurant, and bar venues. Position: Full Time(Permanent) Security Guards/Crowd controllersRequirements:Experience: Previous experience in nightclub, bar, and venue security is essential. Licences: Possession of a valid security and crowd control licence is mandatory.

Public Relations: Excellent public relations skills.   Motivation: High levels of motivation to excel in a dynamic security environment. Presentation: A neat and tidy appearance to represent our establishment professionally.

Communication: Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with patrons and staff. Availability: Flexibility to work nights and weekends. Key Responsibilities:Crowd Control: Ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

Patrolling: Regular property patrols, monitoring doors to prevent unauthorized entry. Security Awareness: Vigilance in identifying security breaches. Alarm Monitoring: Efficiently monitoring alarms and promptly notifying supervisors or police when necessary.

Asset Protection: Safely handling and delivering cash, payrolls, and valuables. Client Communication: Effective communication with clients and reporting as required. Training: Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

Order Maintenance: Maintaining order at venues with large gatherings to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. Competitive Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 per year, plus superannuation.
