What you'll be doing...
As a Cruise After Sales Consultant, your role is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive exceptional care and support after booking their holiday with our sales team. You'll manage post-sale bookings with precision and efficiency, handling payments, updating reservations, and ensuring all documentation is in order. Serving as the main point of contact, you'll communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners, addressing inquiries, coordinating requests, and providing updates. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you resolve various challenges that may arise, from billing discrepancies to itinerary changes. With a deep understanding of our cruise offerings and a passion for customer satisfaction, you'll provide personalised recommendations and support tailored to each customer's needs.
