The Opportunity
The Customer Service Manager will manage a Customer Service centre in a complex, multi brand, multi-channel environment which provides services to patients of NSW Health, people with chronic health conditions and people with disability. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for developing a sophisticated approach to quality control, system design, people management, building staff capability, knowledge management and change management.
