About the role:
OreTech Resources are seeking an experienced and capable Crusher Fitter to join our team in Wiluna, Western Australia. Working a 2&1 roster (day and night shift), with an immediate start, you will be joining a dynamic team environment where your contribution will be respected, recognised and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on crushing equipment, mobile plant, light vehicles and other equipment as required.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Disassemble and reassemble crushing equipment components.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess and repair equipment efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Operation of loaders and crushers (training provided) when trade duties aren't required.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to complete complex repair projects.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- Trade Qualifications
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
- Experienced in a crushing environment with previous experience working on McCloskey crushing equipment- desirable.
- Sound knowledge of Mobile jaw crushers, cone crusher and conveyors.
- Strong knowledge in hydraulic systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
- You must be legally entitled to work in Australia to apply for this position and if successful, will be required to show proof of employability such as a certified copy of your passport or birth certificate. An Australian visa check will also be completed.
