AddressProtech are looking for a Crusher Plant Operatorto perform work with our client, located in Cedar Creek Gold Coast.
As a Crusher Plant Labourer, you will be a crucial member of the production team, responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of crushing equipment. Your role will contribute to the efficient and safe production of our products while ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Immediate start
• Casual on-going role
• Monday to Friday day shift with occasional Saturday work where required
• $35.62 + penalties
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the operation of crusher equipment, including feeding materials and monitoring the flow of materials through the process.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection, to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with the Plant Supervisor and other team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities as required.
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Prior experience in a similar role within a quarry or related field is preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery operation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Drivers licence & reliable transport
