The Memorial Hospital are currently seeking applications for the position of CSSD Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CSSD specialist to step into a supervisory role, whilst assisting the CSSD Manager in the daily operations a busy CSSD facility.

The Memorial Hospital offers a range of specialties including ENT Surgery, general medicine, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, orthopaedic surgery and plastic & reconstructive surgery. The hospital is equipped with 8 operating theatres, a dedicated paediatric day stay unit and a level 2 critical care unit.

Selection Criteria:

· Excellent strategic communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

· Ability to supervise and lead a team

· High level CSSD experience and skills

· Strong organisational expertise and an ability to meet deadlines in periods of high demand and activity

· Cert IV in Sterilisation or working towards Cert IV completion
