Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance Incorporated, known as ACHA Health, is one of the largest private not-for-profit hospital groups in South Australia. ACHA Health comprises Ashford Hospital, Flinders Private Hospital and The Memorial Hospital.
Ashford Hospital are currently seeking applications for the position of CSSD Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CSSD specialist to step into a supervisory role, whilst assisting the CSSD Manager in the operations of our brand-new state of the art CSSD facility.
Ashford Hospital offers a range of specialties including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, general surgery, general medicine, gynaecology and maternity, oncology, orthopaedics, urology and vascular surgery. Ashford Hospital has 9 operating theatres, 1 procedure room, 2 angiography labs, an emergency department, maternity services and a 24 bed level 3 critical care unit.
Selection Criteria:

• Excellent strategic communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to supervise and lead a team
• High level CSSD experience and skills
• Strong organisational expertise and an ability to meet deadlines in periods of high demand and activity
• Cert IV in Sterilisation or working towards Cert IV completion
