About the role:
This role centres around designing and delivering the Priceline Intern Program, ensuring it's top-notch. Additionally, you'll contribute to developing and managing Culture and Learning programs for Priceline stores. These efforts are crucial for meeting business goals, enhancing our strategy, and nurturing the skills of our team members across both company-owned and Franchise Partner stores.

What you'll bring:
- 10+ years in retail, with a minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- Minimum 3 years' experience in program design and delivery required
- Proven track record in program design and delivery, across an audience of minimum 5,000 attendees
- Demonstrated influencing, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Proven stakeholder management expertise.
- Proficiency in program design, delivery, and project management.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Strong planning, organisational, and facilitation capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of retail, including franchise experience, with effective research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in eLearn authoring tool Articulate Rise and Scorm files, preferred.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, HR or related discipline, preferred.
- Pharmacy background will be highly regarded.
