A bit about your role
We are seeking a dynamic learning specialist to join the People Central Team in this parental leave cover opportunity. Focussing on the learning management system administration to ensure that all learning program and campaigns are set up in Workday, you will work closely with vendors and the business to ensure reviews, updates and management runs smoothly.
The People Central Learning lead will focus specifically on field learning (against the safety matrix) but will look after learning administration across the enterprise. Additionally, you will ensure program evaluations, reporting and enrolment protocols are established. With a keen eye for process improvement, there will be opportunity for working with different stakeholders to deliver efficiencies and to improve process.
A bit about you
f this role sounds like a good match for you, it’s likely that you will have exceptional organisational skills, with experience working with high volumes and are able to manage competing priorities. You have strong stakeholder management skills (across all levels) coupled with the complex problem-solving skills. Experience in a learning support or senior team administrator role with experience providing high-level learning program support within a multifaceted organisation would be desirable. You’ll be well versed in learning management systems, ideally within the field workforce space.
You bring a high level of influence, problem solving, efficiency and enterprise-level thinking. You thrive in demanding environments with the confidence and proactive approach to navigate competing timelines effectively.
You are an exceptional communicator who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams and are highly effective at engaging and fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, throughout the organisation.
