The Curiosity Approach is a modern day Early Childhood pedagogy driven by children's active learning  and critical thinking.  This is a play based and child led approach where children are encouraged to explore, experiment using open ended loose parts and authentic resources.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and inspiring Lead Educator who is passionate about building strong and nurturing relationship with our youngest learners and families.

As well as working alongside an amazing team, you will also have access to a network of educators from our additional services and Sharon Armstrong, a Child Health Nurse and Lactation Consultant from Embrace Life. we also have strong community partnerships with FITSTOP and have an onsite swimming pool.

Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • A Growth Mindset,
  • A love of learning,
  • Ability in developing and maintaining positive relationships with children families and colleagues,
  • Suitable qualifications for the role,
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and the QKLG,
  • Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A sense of fun and willingness to think outside the box.
  • An ability to support online learning journey tools (eg StoryPark).
  • Passion for implementing sustainable practices.
