🌊 Experience in building relationships with customers through online channels.

🌊 Organised, reliable, and ready to dive deep into your work.

🌊 Ability to work independently or join in the fun with our awesome team!

🌊 A goal-oriented mindset with a drive to hook up those monthly targets. 

🌊 Experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). 

🌊 Valid Australian driver's license.

Desirable Skills:

🎣 An interest in fishing.

🎣 A knack for navigating social media. 

🎣 Bonus points for any garment printing experience, but don't worry—we'll teach you the ropes!

Your key responsibilities

As our Custom Fishing Apparel Sales Consultant, you'll be:

• Engaging with clients to understand their Custom Apparel needs through phone and online channels. 
• Becoming our go-to expert on all things Custom Fishing Apparel. 
• Adapting to diverse customer needs and creating personalised solutions. 
• Nurturing clients through the order process from start to finish. 
• Diving into production backup when needed, including garment printing (training provided). 
• Organising jobs like a pro and keeping everything shipshape from inquiry to shipment. 
• Managing incoming and outgoing custom apparel stock like a true sea captain.
