This pivotal role involves offering personalised guidance and support to prospective learners, ultimately driving their conversion to application.Working within the Customer Acquisition and Solutions Team, you'll contribute significantly to genU Training's national growth objectives.This position offers a hybrid work model and flexibility to based in either Geelong or Melbourne.   • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service within a high-volume, phone-based setting.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, or a willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion, or a willingness to complete.
