Customer Administrator Support Location: Homebush Salary - $65K plus super Onsite parking Utilise your strong administrative skills in this varied role, preparing client quotations, updating the database and keying orders and invoices. Inbound and outbound customer service
Data Processing – weekly and monthly invoicing
Client portal and database maintenance
Submissions of invoices and supporting service dockets
Generate Service calls as required
Purchase order processing – Review and receipt
Filing, scanning and general office duties – Uniform and stationery orders
The Candidate
Strong attention to detail
Strong initiative and enthusiasm
Highly organized with the ability to prioritise
A passion for providing quality customer service
High level verbal written and communication skills
Experience using a large ERP will be highly regarded
Ability to work the hours between 8am to 6pm (Depending on business requirements)
